Refund Policy

Programs

The cancellation window for each program, and what happens if you leave after classes have begun, are confirmed with you in writing before any payment is taken — they are covered on your free consultation and repeated in your enrolment confirmation.

If you would like those terms before booking a consultation, write to us and we will send them to you.

One-to-one programs

The Advanced Program reserves dedicated coaching time in Charu's calendar, so its terms are not the same as the group programs. They are confirmed with you in writing before any payment is taken.

Workshops

Terms for a workshop are confirmed when you book that workshop. If you would like them beforehand, write to us and we will send them.

Retreats

Retreats are reserved well in advance, so deposit and cancellation terms are set for each retreat and confirmed with you in writing when you reserve your place.

Handmade products

The oils and ubtan are mixed after you order, so each one is made for you specifically. Tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — before it is made we can almost always sort it out.

If something arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, message us with a photograph within 48 hours of it reaching you and we will put it right.

For anything else — a change of mind, or an order already made and posted — write to us and we will look at it case by case while the full terms are being finalised.

How to request a refund

Write to us with your name, the program you enrolled in and your payment reference. We will confirm we have received it, and come back to you with a decision.

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method, and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

If we cancel

If we cancel or reschedule a program, workshop or retreat and no alternative date works for you, you receive a full refund.
